Over the years, it has come to my knowledge that most people unintentionally above their emotional attachments to develop into spiritual bondage, such that they find themselves hard to recognize or detach.
Have you ever wondered why some relationships feel so impossible to detach and walk away from—even when you know they are hurting you?

You prayed about it.
You tried to create distance yourself from it.
You told yourself you deserved peace.
Yet somehow, the emotional pull remains.
You find yourself always thinking about the person constantly. You feel tied to them in a way that seems deeper than ordinary attachment.
Many people describe this feeling as being emotionally stuck in a relationship they know is unhealthy.
In Christian circles, this experience is often described using the term soul ties.

You feel connected.
