Introduction: The Gospel That Never Came Empty-Handed
There has never been a time when Jesus preached the Gospel of the Kingdom and left people the same and He expect us to do so too.
Wherever He went, sickness disappeared.
Pain loosened its grip.
Diseases that doctors had given names to—and those they could not explain—bowed to the authority in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Bible does not say Jesus sometimes healed.
It says He healed "every" sickness and "every" disease among the people. Act 10:38 records that Jesus of Nazareth as being anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and power, He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devils because God was with Him.
Mathew 4:23 also said that; “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.”
This verse reveals a truth many believers overlook:
Healing was not a side ministry of Jesus — it was built into the Gospel of the Kingdom.
If you are reading this today while battling sickness, weakness, chronic pain, or unexplained infirmity, this message is not accidental. The same Kingdom Jesus preached then is still alive now.
And that Kingdom still heals.
What Is the Gospel of the Kingdom?
The Gospel of the Kingdom is more than forgiveness of sins. It reveals the lifestyle and the indwelling place of God.
It is the announcement that God’s rule has arrived.
When a king takes over a territory:
His laws replace old laws
His authority overrides former rulers
His presence changes conditions on the ground
That is exactly what happened when Jesus came.
Sickness entered humanity through sin and the fall, but Jesus came preaching a Kingdom where:
Sin is forgiven
Satan is defeated
Bodies are restored
Healing is not magic. Healing is Kingdom enforcement.
Where the Kingdom of God is acknowledged, sickness loses its legal right to stay.
Why Healing Always Followed Jesus’ Preaching
Jesus never preached theory.
He preached reality backed by power.
“And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching… preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.” — Matthew 9:35
Notice the order:
1. Teaching
2. Preaching
3. Healing
Healing confirmed the message.
If the Kingdom of God truly had come, then sickness — a product of the fallen world — had to leave.
Jesus did not ask people how long they had been sick. He did not ask if the disease was genetic. He did not ask if it was curable.
The presence of the King was enough.
Jesus Healed Every Kind of Infirmity
The Gospels record Jesus healing:
Blindness
Deafness
Paralysis
Leprosy
Fever
Internal bleeding
Mental torment
Chronic, long-term illnesses
Some were healed instantly.
Some were healed progressively.
Some were healed through a word.
Others through a touch.
But none were turned away.
This matters because many believers today secretly think:
“Maybe Jesus heals, but not this condition.”
The Gospel corrects that lie in Psalm 103:2-3;
“Bless the Lord, O my soul… who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”
All means all.
Healing Is Not a Reward — It Is a Covenant Benefit
One of the biggest obstacles to healing is the belief that we must earn it.
But healing flows from covenant, not performance.
Jesus healed people who:
Had no theology
Had no long prayer history
Had no moral résumé
They came sick — and they left whole.
Healing is not payment for righteousness.
Healing is provision through grace.
The same Jesus who forgives your sins also heals your body.
The Kingdom Jesus Preached Is Still Active Today
Jesus did not take healing power back to heaven.
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.” — Hebrews 13:8
The Gospel does not expire.
The Kingdom do not get weaken.
The authority of Jesus does not reduce.
If sickness must obey Jesus then, it must obey Him now.
What changes outcomes is faith in the message.
How Faith Connects You to Kingdom Healing
Faith is not pretending pain doesn’t exist. Faith is agreeing with heaven over your body.
When you hear the Gospel of the Kingdom and believe it, you are aligning yourself with God’s authority.
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” — Romans 10:17
As you read this, faith is rising. As faith rises, healing power flows.

Declare This Kingdom Healing Confession
Say this aloud:
I believe the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over my life and over my body. From the crown of my head, down to the soles of my feet, I am with the Power of God’s Spirit in Jesus name.
Every sickness, every infirmity, every disease bows now in the name of Jesus Christ.
By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed and my healing is permanent, for whom the Son of God is set free is free indeed. Therefore am free in Jesus name, Amen.
The Kingdom of God reigns in me.
I walk in divine health, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
What to Do After You Pray
1. Thank God immediately — gratitude seals faith
2. Speak health daily — don’t rehearse symptoms
3. Stay in the Word — especially Psalms and the Gospels
4. Expect improvement — healing often manifests progressively
Healing is not always dramatic, but it is always real.
Conclusion: The Kingdom Has Come Near to You
When Jesus preached the Kingdom, the sick were healed — not because people were perfect, but because the King was present.
That same King is present now and lives in us. For as He is, so are we in this world. Hallelujah!
If you prayed these prayers in faith, do not doubt what God has begun. Healing is flowing from the crown of your head down to the soles of your feet in Jesus name, Amen.
Restoration is working in you. Strength is returning in you, by the Power of the Holy Ghost. Amen!
